EAE - Escuela de Administración
de Empresas is a non-profit-making institution, founded in
1958 and headed by a board of trustees consisting of the Ministry
of Culture and Technology, the Chamber of Commerce, and eminent
academic and business personalities.
The main aim is to equip people with the right business managerial
and administrative skills, or with the managerial skills for each
of their specific areas and offer a high academic standard of imminently
practical teaching, always in keeping with the company's needs.
With over 45 years' experience in training programmes for senior
managers, middle managers and specialists, EAE has adapted its training
offer and currently offers a wide range of programmes in the following
training areas: masters, postgraduate, specialisation, management,
University Diploma in Business Studies, In-Company and On-line Training.
EAE, attached to the UPC (Universidad Politécnica de Catalunya),
is therefore a centre that perfectly combines high-calibre university
tradition with practical training and the excellence of an outstanding
university.
EAE is a founder member of the EFMD (European Foundation for Management
Development), a member of AEEDE (Asociación Española
de Escuelas de Dirección de Empresas, Spanish Association
of Business Management Schools), CLADEA (Consejo Latinoamericano
de Escuelas de Administración, Latin American Council of
Business Management Schools), the IAUP (International Association
of University Presidents) and forQ (Asociación Coordinadora
de Entidades para la Calidad de la Formación Permanente,
Association for Quality in Lifelong Training).
EAE is the first Business school in Spain to obtain the ISO 9001
International Quality Certification.
A privileged collaborator of companies, EAE has contributed to
Spain's economic development since 1958. It trains future managers
and provides its experience and professionalism to companies so
that they are better prepared.
